Four local chefs prepare classic European breakfast dishes using Wisconsin ingredients primarily sourced from our Milwaukee County Winter Farmers’ Market. Participating chefs include Andrew Schneider from Le Rêve (Wauwatosa), Peter Sandroni from La Merenda (Walker’s Point), Louis Danegelis (Lee John’s Catering) and Jack Kaestner (Oconomowoc Lake Club).
